Finally
A home game! These next two nights are must-wins against inferior squads. After a 3-4 trip, I think all of us are still confused as to what to make of this bunch. Hopefully, a few convincing wins after the Nash-less W will ease the headaches.

And I gotta add, I'm kind of psyched (or at least intrigued) to see the Raptors play live (much more so than I thought I'd be when I ended up with this ticket from our package). As of now, this would be our first round matchup...
...which reminds me: Wouldn't it possibly be best for the Bulls to stay in the 5th seed? At this point, Detroit would be playing Miami (How rocking would that be for a first round!), the Wizz are playing Orlando, and the Cavs the Pacers. I'm almost positive Orlando will fall to 8th (or lower) and who knows, Miami might end up passing the Wiz, but aside from Orlando, there's not another team there I'd rather play more than the Raptors. I'm concerned with how we matchup with the Pacers and you just never know how you'll fare in a series against D-Wade, Bron or Weirdo.
My point is, I'm psyched for this game and I think it's important.

I agree with you that the Raptors would be nice to see come April. I don't share your willingness to take on Orlando (Howard cn be completley dominating) so these guys look like the one of the easiest possible matchups. Maybe my math is wrong, but as the five seed, wouldn't the Bulls play the fourth seeded Cavs?
Not if the Cavs have a better record than the Raptors. The winner of the Atlantic doesn't automatically get a third seed this year. They do automatically get the fourth seed, though. But the better part is, if you're a fifth seed and you have a better record than the fourth seed, you get home court adavantage.
Thanks for the clarification. I knew that the new rules probably applied here, but I wasn't quite sure how. I'm dense.
