Is it Monday yet?

Well, the numbers speak for themselves. The Bulls shot 32 percent, even with Kirk making 6 of 7 and WALLACE shooting 4 of 5. And the debate over Noce or Ty goes for naught when they combine for 7 points on 1 of 12, 7 rebounds and 9 turnovers.

What bugged me the most was the play of Gordon. I know that players just have bad nights and I know that that second foul he picked up was questionable at best, but he has to regroup and get in the ole' 6th man mindset after sitting in foul trouble early. When he came back, he couldn't find any rhythm and was outclassed by Billups on the other end.

Let's move on. Steal game two and we're still in great shape.

Quick correction: Noce and Ty went a combined 2 of 13. And THAT pissed me off a lot more than BenGo's night. The power forward matchups killed us. Sheed and Maxiell did anything they wanted to against us. And Peej played as miserably as Noce and Ty. Aside from turnovers and, uh, hitting open looks, that's the area we need to improve on the most if we're gonna have a chance at taking Game 2.

The lone point on the plus side is that Deng can do WHATEVER HE LIKES against Delfino. Anytime Delfino is on the court, Deng needs to be on there as well and chase him to the bench as quickly as possible.

You're right. The more I think about it, the more I bitched to myself about how damn uncomfortable all three of those PF's looked.

I can forgive Ty. He's a rookie and if he shits the bed a little bit, fine, there's a learning curve. But Noce's play was just unacceptable. If he doesn't bring it hard tonight, I'm going to have serious doubts about re-signing him.
