Peeing in public, and resisting arrest. Snooze. No littering or breaking curfew charges?

I had a friend who had seven MIP's and a few drunk in public charges. Nice guy; smart, too. Just not with regards to drinking. There's a lot of things to worry about when it comes to athletes and the law, walking while drunk is hardly one of them. Sigh.; 12:48 PM
